Overview:

Pritchard Group sourced land for development and, during my tenure, was responsible for projects throughout Kapiti and Horowhenua, as well as Wellington, Taupo, and Queenstown.

Duties included:

• Brand new developments.
• Create signage, brochures and advertisements for the sale of sections and/or house-and-land deals.
• Photography of sites, both before and after.
• Layout and design of resource management applications.
• Converting CAD files to marketable visuals for sales brochures.
• Illustration of house plans for brochures and site signage.

NOTE: One such project was a development in Kapiti, tentatively named 'WESTFIELD'. When time came to brand the subdivision, I queried the name (it was a well-known mall, and the project was in the EAST of Kapiti). Given a week to develop an alternative, I proposed WATERSTONE.
